The field  
With 25 kilometers of Nimes, property of family since 1900 the Roubaud Castle, surrounded at that time of 26 hectares vines increases with each generation to reach 70 hectares today.
Since 1927, Louis Thomas markets out of bottle the wine Château Roubaud then profiting from Name Coasts of the Rhone.
In 1950, following the passage in V.D.Q.S., Château Roubaud becomes about it one of the florets with the prestige of a deserved notoriety and pride for Louis Thomas legitimates it to be the first bottler of the Twyers-side of Gard.
In 1975, it withdraws and leaves his daughter, Annie MOLINIER, to govern the destinies of the field of which she maintains with brilliance, the tradition, the reputation and the dynamism, which contributed to the accession in 1986 with the classification in Name of Controlled origin Twyers-side of Nimes.
The wines produced today by the new fifth generation, Francoise and Guillaume Molinier, are rewarded in a quasi-permanent way by obtaining of gold medals and Money to the Agricultural Open competitions of Paris and the fairs of Mason.
